Primers are chosen per substrate absorption (e.g., clinker, fair‑faced concrete, fibre cement). We verify weather and dew point; application only on dry, load‑bearing flanks.

Application & control

Apply sealant without bubbles, fill the joint evenly and tool to a slightly concave profile. Random cut‑and‑pull checks, width/depth measurements and visual inspection are recorded. Transitions at profile joints and material changes are re‑worked separately. Maintain movement capability; remove masking in due time and verify edge adhesion. Use UV‑stable systems and protect adjacent surfaces from contamination.
